All transactions are processed through a Infox Terminal manufactured by Panasonic and linked directly to Visa and MasterCard.

We will never spam you. The only emails you will receive from us are as follows:

An email to confirm a reservation.
An email to confirm a change or cancellation of reservation.
A reminder email shortly before your check in date.

We will never disclose your personal information to any outside party except as listed above. We will not sell, rent or share your personal information with any 3rd party unless required to by law.

The only information we track through the website is log in information. We do not track web surfing habits and do not disclose data on internet usage to any outside party.

Your information is secure at all times. We use 128bit encryption to ensure all personal data submitted to our site is unreadable to outside parties. Our staff only access data using the same 128bit encryption.

Any data not stored electronically is secured in a fire proof safe with key and combination locks.

All data is stored online until the first day of the new month 2 months after that date of check out. It is then stored securely offline for a period of 2 years
